Bandwidth and packet loss are probed continuously, with scalable video coding layers for multi-party calls. When offline, messages queue in an encrypted SQLCipher outbox; on reconnection, delta sync with UUIDv7 cursors delivers each message exactly once. Delay-tolerant networking is supported.
