Language and dialect support
Hinglish code-switching, regional dialects and noisy-call handling.
AuraVoice speaks and understands 11 Indian languages plus English. The language is detected from the caller’s first utterance and kept for the whole call; a bot or phone line can also fix the language.
| Language | Recognition | Synthesis |
|---|---|---|
| Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam | IndicConformer | IndicF5 |
| English | Whisper | Kokoro-82M (Indian voices); Indic Parler-TTS optional |
Odia is not auto-detected and is selected on the bot or line. IndicConformer also recognises further languages such as Urdu, Maithili and Konkani, without synthesis.
Dialects and code-switching
A dialect decoder handles Bundeli, Bagheli, Malwi, Nimadi and Hinglish. Spoken numbers — including native digits — are converted before details are captured, and personal data is masked before any text reaches the language model.
